Included for this price is the following: 

  • Spacious bridal suite & grooms suite

  • Price accommodates 200 people (Bell Manor can accommodate 300 people see additional information under additional cost.

  • Outdoor patio furniture on the Upper terrace and Hillview areas

  • 1 Fireplace and 2 firepits

  • All tables and chairs for ceremony and reception for up to 200 guests

  • Set up and tear down for all tables and chairs

  • Removal of decorations

  • All cleaning (except for the bridal suite & grooms suite)

  • Plasticware (Dinner plates, Salad plates, cake plates, forks, spoons, butter knifes, and drink cups)

  • Drinks for cocktail hour and reception (water, sweet tea, and lemonade)

  • Linens (many colors to choose from)

Micro-wedding for Friday and Sundays

  • Faux Place Settings (Dinner plates, Salad plates, cake plates, forks, spoons, butter knifes, and drink cups)

  • Drinks for cocktail hour and reception (water, sweet tea, and lemonade)

  • Parking attendant

  • Highchairs ( 5)

  • Cake cutting service.
